Why This Role Matters

The Holiday Production Lead is the architect behind the most memorable displays in the city. Working in close partnership with other Leads, you’ll manage the handoff from sales to production to installation. You’ll guide seasonal teams, refine processes, and own the excellence of our work in the field—all while embodying our company values.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a high-performing seasonal team

  • Lead recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and weekly huddles

  • Plan and guide daily production operations

  • Manage crew scheduling, task lists (via Airtable), and toolkit readiness

  • Ensure excellence on-site for installations and takedowns

  • Communicate across departments to keep jobs on track and clients thrilled

  • Continuously improve workflows and processes for future seasons


You’re a Fit If You…

  • Are a strong leader with a sharp eye for aesthetics and detail

  • Thrive under pressure and adapt easily to changing priorities

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with team members and clients

  • Have working knowledge of tools like Airtable, Microsoft Office, and Teams

  • Bring experience or interest in seasonal décor, production, or horticulture

  • Are ready to lead without needing permission

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Leadership or operations training preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance

  • Ability to physically participate in installations which may require moderately heavy lifting/carrying

  • A smartphone capable of running Microsoft Teams, Airtable, QuickBooks Time, Outlook, etc.

  • Lift certification and safety training are a plus

  • Term: August 15, 2025 – January 31, 2026

  • Location: Philadelphia region

  • Reports to: Operations Team Leader

  • Number of Positions: 2

  • Salary: $25—$27 per hour based on experience
